Service Description

Perfect Picnics is the premiere luxury picnic group experience. Perfect Picnics is the complete, full service picnic experience. Our turnkey service means we handle every detail, so everything you need to have a delightful picnic experience will be provided to you. Please be sure to book your Perfect Picnics experience at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the availability of desired date. Early bookings also allow us to have sufficient planning time to create a luxury picnic experience. Short notice bookings (bookings within a week of your desired date) are subject to additional rush service fees. Please contact us prior to booking the event date if it is within the same week. Perfect Picnics Group Experience includes: A minimum 2 hr experience for you and your guests Set up of the event décor at specified location Food & Beverage (optional) Floral Arrangements Entertainment (Bluetooth speaker, games, Polaroid camera etc.) Clean up of the event Within 24 hours of your booking, you will receive you will receive or Perfect Picnics Booking Brochure. This document will include detailed information about your reservation such as location selections, desired themes/color scheme, food & beverage menu, payment schedule, and any additional services you may require. Additional fees are required to have a catered event. We can provide you with a full menu to make your selections. Perfect Picnics Group Experience starts at a minimum of 4 guests. If your guest count is greater than 4 guests, this $500 booking fee will be considered your deposit to secure your desired event date. Deposit is non-refundable 14 days prior to your event date. We can travel up to 50 miles from the Katy & Houston Area. Anywhere outside of our service area, may be accommodated with a flat travel fee (fees are subject to change based on the client's location). Parties over 6 guests may be subject a transportation fee of $150. Recommended locations include public or city parks, they are subject to a permit fee. If you would prefer to have your picnic experience at a venue or event space, we would be happy to provide you with venue options. Additional fees will be required to source and book venue options on your behalf.
