You can guarantee that your special event is tailored to you and will leave a lasting impression! Our turnkey service means we handle every detail, so everything you need to have a delightful picnic experience will be provided to you. Please be sure to book your Perfect Picnics experience at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure the availability of desired date. Early bookings also allow us to have sufficient planning time to create a luxury picnic experience. Short notice bookings (bookings within a week of your desired date) are subject to additional rush service fees. Please contact us prior to booking the event date if it is within the same week. The Perfect Picnics Essentials includes: A 2 hour experience for you and your guests Set up of the event décor at specified location Floral Arrangements Entertainment (Bluetooth speaker, games, Polaroid camera etc.) Clean up of the event Within 24 hours of your booking, you will receive a call or email to gather more information about you and guests to better assist us in creating your custom picnic experience. After our discussion, you will receive our proposal. The proposal will include information about Perfect Picnics such as menu selections, additional fees, and payment information. Please keep in mind that this package only includes the picnic set-up and décor. You are responsible for providing food and beverage, if you should choose. Any additional guests, added time, food items, beverages, or special requests will be accommodated at an additional cost. We will send you an invoice for the additional items, which must be paid before the event or it will not be provided. We can travel up to 50 miles from the Katy & Houston Area. Anywhere outside of our service area, may be accommodated with a flat travel fee (fees are subject to change based on the client's location). Recommended locations include public or city parks, they are subject to a permit fee. If you would prefer to have you picnic experience at a venue or event space, additional fees will be required to source and reserve several venue options for you.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to you event date. Fees may apply for cancellation. Perfect Picnics - Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your event.
