- Consultation with bride and groom
- Selecting suitable vendors
- Negotiating with vendors
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts
- Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them
- Co-ordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating final payment of vendors (if requested by client)
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products
- Day of Coordination (if requested)
The Month Of Coordination allows couples to plan their entire wedding, but with our professional assistance on the big day! Courtney Morris Collective will act as your wedding day task manager, assisting & directing all hired vendors and coordinating all aspects of your day, so you won't have the burden of stress on your shoulders the day of your wedding.
The Month of Wedding Services Include
- Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow
- Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
- Attendance and direction at the rehearsal
- Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Managing set up & breakdown with all vendors
- Assisting bridal party with any needs
- Coordinating start & end times with vendors and venue
- Execute desired flow of all wedding day activities
- Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception
