Our Destination Wedding Services are perfect for ceremonies and receptions that are hosted away from your hometowns. Courtney Morris Collective is involved in all aspects of the coordination and planning of your destination wedding ceremony and reception.
Our Destination Wedding Services Includes
- Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine their desired location.
- On going meetings, consultations, and advice as needed
- Preparation of budget for wedding items and travel expenses
- Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
- Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding
- Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
- Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations
- Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
- Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
- Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors at destination
- Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors
